Unavailability on Panelbox server s035

We will be rebooting the s035 server Wednesday 11th November at 10:00 AM EST in order to activate a new kernel that is expected to fix the unavailability issues we were having during the past few weeks.
We are still monitoring this server closely and will update this post should any other maintenance is required.

We will proceed to a short maintenance this friday November 6th at 8:00 AM in order to perform hardware tests on the s035 server.
A service interruption of about 5 minutes is planed in order to mode the data to a new physical server. Following this interruption, all services will be available again.

Although the server has been stable for the past couple of days, we are still investigating the root cause of this incident. At this time all services are up and running.
We will update this case if any service-impacting operations are required on the server.
