We have been using our other payment gateways since Friday and everything seems to operate normally.

Soon, we are planning to move back a fraction of our customers to Authorize.net, after verification and checkup of their system.

Everything should be finally checked soon.

Because of security, we will continue to use our other payment gateways until monday 6th of July 2009. We will then evaluate Authorize.net’s status and we will decide if we will integrate it into our payment system. You can follow Authorize.net’s status on their Twitter page.

Beginning from 8.30am, all payments have been redirected to our other payment gateways.

As a result, customers who ordered iWeb products between 4am EST and 8.30am EST might encounter pre-authorization problems. If this is the case, please contact our sales department sales@iweb.com or through the Live Chat, and we will help you with your order.
