Authorize.net Payments resolved

Authorize.net went offline last Friday, due to a fire in the Fisher Plaza Data Center.
We have been using our other payment gateways since Friday and everything seems to operate normally.
Soon, we are planning to move back a fraction of our customers to Authorize.net, after verification and checkup of their system.

Authorize.net Payments being processed

We are currently processing payments made during 4AM and 8.30AM EST. Everything should be finally checked soon.
Because of security, we will continue to use our other payment gateways until monday 6th of July 2009. We will then evaluate Authorize.net’s status and we will decide if we will integrate it into our payment system. You can [...]

Authorize.net Payment Gateway intermittently down

Since around 4am EST 3rd of July 2009, one of our payment gateway used to process credit card payments, authorize.net has been intermittently down.
Beginning from 8.30am, all payments have been redirected to our other payment gateways.
As a result, customers who ordered iWeb products between 4am EST and 8.30am EST might encounter pre-authorization problems. [...]
