Can’t stand spam? Neither can we!
The Spamhaus organization has granted iWeb a star. It’s a little bit like getting a Triple A rating but for fighting spam :)
Most importantly, it means that we currently have no SBL listings for our IP space! We were recognized by the Spamhaus Team as a proactive no-spam-tolerance network.
This is quite rare as Spamhaus listing process is very strict and thorough. That is something we are very proud of.
Although spam is something that happens on a regular basis, our abuse and support teams work hard at keeping spammers off of our network (good job guys!).
You too can help. If your receive spam originating from our network, simply report it to abuse@iweb.com by sending a copy of the mail headers (make sure to include rogue server’s ip address in the subject line).
You might not receive an instant confirmation and spam might not stop right away (wouldn’t it be great if it was that simple?) but you can be sure that we will do all necessary verifications on the suspected server.

Hello Stephanie,
I would like to reach out to Éric Chouinard, I am assuming the CURRENT CEO… I have two servers with iweb.com and have been a long time client. However, I have had a problem with the newest server for at 90 days now and I have contacted the technical department now over 40 times during the last 90 days and I cannot get positive resolution. Is there anyway you can forward this message to Mr. Chouinard so I could have his outlook on this issue. The website is going to live this month and I have three others following it including canadaautoauctions.com, so a clean workability of the server is a must. Plus I am sure I will go to numerous additional servers in the near future so I really want to call iweb my “SERVER HOME”… Please help…
Regards,
MKS

That’s quite a statement considering my ip’s are blocked over a wide array of ISP’s due to spam before I had come into contact with them and now no body will help me with the issue and only remove my tickets. What the hell is going on with this? We need this issue resolved now. Please look into this.

Hi @Cody and @Kostas, if you have outstanding issues concerning blocked IPs, please send me your ticket numbers at community[at]iweb[dot]com, I’ll ask tech support for a status.

of course abuse@iweb.com doesn’t work because iWeb is spammer friendly.
