Job Title: Technical Advisor, Inbound Sales
Reporting to the sales manager and his team leader, the Technical Advisor responds to customer’s requests or potential customers using chat / email / telephone in order to sell a server solution appropriate to meet customer needs.
Mandate:
- Sell our products and services to customers who contact the company (incoming sales);
- Identify and transfer files that require a complex solution to appropriate resources;
- Ensure the after sales service in collaboration with the technical service.
- Training and experience:
- College degree in computer science, networking, engineering or combination of training in a technical discipline appropriate and relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a job in sales or customer service
- Work experience in the IT industry (asset)
- Experience in sales via chat, email and phone (asset)
- Bilingual French and English both oral and written essential. Spanish is an asset.
