Job Title: Principal Account Manager
Functions:
Under the Sales Manager direction, the Account Manager is responsible for answering email and phone requests for information from our current customers concerning our services. He is also responsible for a regular customers group and acts as the single contact point for these clients. Thereafter, he will create bids, develop and monitor contracts while ensuring prospecting for potential customers.
Mandate :
- Responsible for a portfolio of clients and to grow it;
- Develop sales (prospecting, networking, responding to bids, etc.);
- Provide solutions to his customers;
- Monitor and maintain good business relations;
- Prepare and submit bids and agreements.
Role:
- Establish and enhance contacts with current and potential customers and maintain customer database up to date;
- Ensure complete satisfaction of regular customers;

- Provide after-sales service.
What you need :
- University degree in marketing, administration or a related field combined with relevant experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a job with similar responsibilities ;
- Experience in a web hosting environment in an IT field or high-tech (an asset);
- Experience in strategy / sales techniques ;
- Experience in negotiations with customers;
- Experience searching customers;
- Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written ;
- Spanish an asset.
Requirements :
- Sense of initiative and autonomy ;

- Ability to communicate by telephone during the prospection ;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build a network of business relationships;

Reporting to the sales manager and his team leader, the Technical Advisor responds to customer’s requests or potential customers using chat / email / telephone in order to sell a server solution appropriate to meet customer needs.
Mandate:

- Training and experience:

Now in rapid expansion, iWeb is seeking an energetic and creative experienced Senior Manager for its Digital Strategy (SMDS) to convert the company’s on-line and eCommerce presence in profitable revenue. Reporting to the Vice President, Wordwide Sales & Marketing, the SMDS will help identify, develop and drive the success of key marketing and sales projects that will generate revenue and efficiencies. The SMDS will work with a team of motivated team lead to increase iWeb’s performance with the various on-line media, documenting, controlling and measuring an integrated plan.
The SMDS will provide a broad range of expertise in the areas of:

• Coordinating with the sales, product management and marketing teams to develop B2B lead generation tools
