Affected Services: Funio/Panelbox Shared Hosting Servers
Start: Tuesday, November 22, 2011 – 9:00 EST
Impact: 5 to 10 minutes interruption of service per Panelbox server .
Maintenance is planned on all Funio/Panelbox shared hosting server Tuesday, November 22, 2011 – 9:00 pm EST. This maintenance will last all day but the impact to customers will be one interruption on service of 5 to 10 minutes during the day.
This maintenance is intended to apply the latest security updates on our infrastructure. In addition to security updates, the update will allow us to move forward with new configurations that will improve performance and service levels to customers.

Maintenance is for tomorrow, but right now the shared server is down (virtualplaza.net).

@Carlos Jhirson Correa: s009.panelboxmanager.com does not seem to have a problem right now. I can also see your site from my side. Does the problem persists on your side? Our support team will be able to help you, please open a ticket via your customer-hub.

Tous les mail et site web du serveur S053 sont présentement down…a quand le rétablissement

@Alain @Julien Roumagnac ; un incident a causé des problèmes sur le serveur s053 en après-midi, hier. Cela a été résolu peu avant 3h20pm. Cet situation était indépendante à la maintenance prévue aujourd’hui.

@Alex : This is simply a common maintenance on the Panelbox servers for security updates. It’s kind of like doing your Windows or Mac OS updates. It requires a server reboot which is why we posted this here, since it affects service.

Server s101 has been back for a while but not MySQL… Can someone have a look please?

Agreed about the MySQL issue. I’m getting:
The mysql error was: Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock’ (2).

Ok, now it’s semi-working, just slower.

Funio is working on the last few servers. Maintenance will be completed anytime soon (95% completed).
