sry to post here, didnt find the mechanism to create a new entry to the blog :(
Trying to play an online game one of your customers hosts i constantly get
timeouts & disconnects. The problem seems to be on the line between
62.154.5.201 and 217.243.217.194 (I’m connecting from germany / Arcor)
First occurance was ~20 hrs ago, atm ~7% of pings time out
I’d really appreciate if you check and, if possible, correct this
thx

L.S.,
Sorry not to inform you earlier, we moved our environment to the Netherlands.
And would like to cancel our environment.
Please advise if this is the right procedure.
I would like to thank you for your great service and performance.
Best regards
