After the service interruption this afternoon on our storage servers, which affected the email culsters Jinn and Lumiva, the blog, the forum, as well as the customer hub, the IT team met to discuss the incident and look for appropriate measures.

- The Jinn and Lumiva cluster are currently migrating to a new storage unit (as announced here previously). The deployment is planned in the next few weeks; we will keep you informed of the exact date.

- The architecture of servers supporting the customer hub, the blog as well as the forum will be revised and will be improved. This project has been started and will be finished in around 2 weeks.
