We are currently investigating a cooling problem at iWEB-CL. 

We started detecting problems shortly after a thunderstorm caused some power irregularities. The data center was powered by generators at the time, and something happened during the switch from utility power to the generators, which caused errors within the cooling systems.  The data center’s temperature has risen quickly, we currently have a team on-site investigating the issue. 

We will post an update as soon as we have more information.
