Authorize.net Payment Gateway intermittently down
Since around 4am EST 3rd of July 2009, one of our payment gateway used to process credit card payments, authorize.net has been intermittently down.
Beginning from 8.30am, all payments have been redirected to our other payment gateways.
As a result, customers who ordered iWeb products between 4am EST and 8.30am EST might encounter pre-authorization problems. If this is the case, please contact our sales department sales@iweb.com or through the Live Chat, and we will help you with your order. If you are already an existing customer with an iWeb account, you can contact iWeb support and we will go through your order. You can also leave a comment on this post.
