Due to the extremely low temperatures these days in Montreal, we ran a a preventive generator maintenance at our HD and CL datacenters. Unfortunatly, at iWEB-HD a battery problem affected one of the UPS and caused some servers to be rebooted when the power source switched from utility to generators. Affected servers have IDs between HD-T1XX and HD-T5XX. We monitored the affected servers and quickly fixed the servers that had not rebooted correctly. All services should be running normally at this time. We are now running an emergency maintenance on the affected UPS to make sure the situation does not happen again, this maintenance should not affect servers. We will post updates here to notify when the maintenance is completed.
