1000Mbps Tiscali circuit activated

A 1 Gbps circuit has been activated with Tiscali International Network. Tiscali has opened a POP in Montreal very recently. This brings our total bandwidth capacity to 43 Gbps. If you see any network discrepancies, please open a ticket in the customer hub. Thank you.
