The Level 3 circuit has been activated this morning after some minor delays. There is a new Level 3 POP in Montreal now. We are, currently, sending Level 3 on-net traffic only. After some additional tests, we will introduce the circuit in our general BGP mix. Level 3 customers should have better response times in reaching our network. If you see any network discrepancies, please open a ticket in the customer hub. Thank you.
