Among other things, we are implementing a 24/7 hands&eyes on-site team at iWEB-CL that should be in place before the end of september and that will help prevent night shift sysadmins to move from one datacenter to another. We also are implementing multiple new support teams and are working on process enhancements and a lot of others things. I think some of those things already have a good effect on the quality of our support services even of most of the benefits will come in the next weeks. Beside news like this one, we are doing a lot of things to improve our services.
