  1. Champagne!

  2. Good for you!
But as an unsatisfied customer of yours, I'd like to say that me (and probably other customers) really don't care about this things; myself I'd like to read news, on this blog, about what you're doing to improve your services, maybe the support team, the live chat etc.
And you know what other thing I'd like to read here?
Something like: “From now on, Iweb has a permanent sysadmin for the hosting servers that will be available 24/7.”

  3. I must say I agree totally:

?From now on, Iweb has a permanent sysadmin for the hosting servers that will be available 24/7.?

Time to shed some light on this! Please IWeb, explain us why you do not have at least one tech in each DC 24/7?

Getting answered “Ok a tech is hopping in his car and should be there in an hour or so” is really a scary situation and unacceptable…

    Thanks!

  4. Felicitations Eric et ton team. Après avoir suivi le début de vos opérations, je ne peux qu'être impressionné par la complémentarité de vos talents!

  5. Beside news like this one, we are doing a lot of things to improve our services. Among other things, we are implementing a 24/7 hands&eyes on-site team at iWEB-CL that should be in place before the end of september and that will help prevent night shift sysadmins to move from one datacenter to another. We also are implementing multiple new support teams and are working on process enhancements and a lot of others things. I think some of those things already have a good effect on the quality of our support services even of most of the benefits will come in the next weeks.
