StatusiWeb announces the filing of a final short form prospectus
MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC ? November 21, 2007 ? iWeb Group Inc. (TSX-V: IWB) (?iWeb? or the ?Company?), a worldwide internet hosting infrastructure provider, today announced that it has filed a final short form prospectus in each of the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Québec, qualifying an offering (the ?Offering?) of 3,300,000 common shares at a price of $1.25 per share, for gross proceeds of $4,125,000.
A syndicate, led by GMP Securities L.P. and including Cormark Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc. is acting as the underwriters in connection with the Offering. The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about November 30, 2007, and is subject to usual regulatory approvals.
iWeb intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to implement and finalize phase 3 and advance phase 4 of the installation of its second data center.
