MONTREAL, QUEBEC ? June 28, 2007 ? iWeb Group Inc. (TSX-V: IWB) (?the Company? or “iWeb”), a worldwide internet infrastructure provider announced today that it has obtained additional lending facilities from the Bank of Montreal (?BMO?) bringing the total available credit from BMO to $1.5M.

These funds will go towards the purchase of server hardware to be rented out as dedicated servers, iWeb?s fastest growing service offering. This new computer equipment will be installed at the Company?s newly completed 20,000 square feet data center located in Montreal?s East End.

?This additional borrowing facility strengthens our financial position and enables us to quickly respond to the increasing demand for our dedicated web hosting services,? said Marc Guindon, iWeb?s Chief Financial Officer. ?We even expect that our second and newest data center will reach its full capacity before the end of 2008.?
