MONTREAL, QUEBEC ? June 29, 2007 ?iWeb Group Inc. (TSX-V: IWB) (?the Company? or “iWeb”), a worldwide internet infrastructure provider announced today that it has retained The Equicom Group Inc. (?Equicom?) to provide the Company with strategic investor relations and financial communications services.

Equicom provides strategic communications services to approximately 100 public companies across a diverse range of industries. Under the terms of the agreement, iWeb will pay Equicom a monthly retainer fee of $6,000 for professional services. The initial contract term is 12 months. Neither Equicom nor any of its principals has an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in iWeb or its securities, and the Company has not granted Equicom or its principals any right to acquire such an interest. Equicom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSX Group Inc.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC ? June 27, 2007 ? iWeb Group Inc. (TSX-V: IWB) (?the Company? or “iWeb”), announces that, as of June 26, 2007, it has granted an aggregate of 920,000 stock options with an exercise price of $1.72 to directors, members of its management team and key employees, pursuant to its stock option plan.

Of that total, 750,000 stock options are vested in four equal tranches over the next four years, starting at the end of the first year after the grant and will expire on June 26, 2012. The remaining 170,000 stock options are exercisable equally at the end of the first year and second year. They expire on June 26, 2010.

Here are the latest pictures of the work in progress at iWEB’s-CL DC. Several work has been done on our water system; trenches for the drain system to evacuate water and bring the water to the water tower were dug, the water tower and the pumps system were put in function, the preparation to put in function the 30 ton water air conditioning units on the dedicated servers side.

Zone 6: Water Tower and Pumps System
	Here’s a picture of the water tower in our new section (left picture). Yesterday, the water tower and the pumps system (right picture) were put in function. Therefore, our machine room located in zone 3 on the map at the bottom of the page is now air-conditioned adequately. In a few weeks, we shall also proceed to put in function the dedicated server and colocation zone.
Zone 6: Generator and drain system
	Here’s a picture of a trench for the drain system. To avoid water accumulation on the new section side and of the back field, a drain system was needed. Trenches also serve as means of transportation to furnish our water tower. On the second picture, our generator inside a new shelter. The previous container was temporary and intended only for transport. It was replaced by a permanent container provided with access doors making it more accessible to our staff.

New pictures will be published to keep you up to date with the last developments of the other sections.

Please note that we will be operating with reduced staff on Friday June 29th and on Monday July 2nd because of Canada day, Canada’s National Holiday. We were also operating with reduced staff last Friday June 22th and yesterday June 25th because of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Québec’s National Holiday. Normal tickets could take a little more time to be answered while emergency tickets and emergency situations will be answered quickly as usual. We want to apologize for the late announcement and we wish a nice holiday to our customers from Quebec and Canada.

Recently, a newcomer made his entrance in our account management team. We continue hiring in order to support our growth, we add qualified staff to keep offering our customers an exceptional service.

Here are the latest pictures of the work in progress at iWEB’s-CL DC. Several electric work was completed; the installation of the new 6000A electric entry announced last week, the re-organization of the electric room managed by Hydro-Québec with high tension connections between transformers on a fuse base and our electric equipment, the replacement of the primary generator and the addition of two air conditioning units of 20 ton capacity each in the mechanical room of the mezzanine level. We updated the map at the bottom of the page that illustrates the various sections of our data center so you will be able to see the new elements added.

Zone7: Hydro Electric Room
	Here’s a picture of the electric room managed by Hydro-Quebec (left picture). It is in this room that the final installation of the new 6000A electric entry at our Web-CL data center was realized last week. This long installation which lasted 12 hours also included the connection of two transformers on a fuse base (among which one is illustrated on the right picture).
Zone3: Machine Room
	Here are some pictures of our mechanical room. Some days ago, 2 air conditioning units of 20 ton capacity each were delivered. Both units will be connected before next Friday on the mezzanine, they will be set up on a steel structure which will also support several transformers and filters to assure the stability of our electric architecture. On the 2nd picture, the practically completed water lines.
