MONTREAL ? December 21, 2006 – iWeb Group Inc. today announced the results of its financial year ended September 30, 2006. Revenues and Profitability reach new record marks for 2006.

iWeb recorded consolidated revenue of $5,754,242, an increase of $2,819,007 or 96% over the same period last year where revenues were $2,935,235.

Gross profit increased by $1,613,083 or 107% from $1,506,936 in 2005 to $3,120,019 in 2006. Net income for the year totaled $500,361 compared to a net income of $201,372 in 2005.

In 2006, EBITDA was $1,408,030 compared to $531 369 in 2005, an increase of 165%.
