As you probably know, iWeb forged its reputation on the excellence of its customer service for the last 10 years. One of the tools which largely helped us to maintain this level of service is our request management system (RT) which we implemented in 1998. Eight years after the installation of this system, we receive every day several hundreds of requests in the Customer Service, Sales, Invoicing, Technical Support and Sysadmin columns.

28/08/2006 The new UPS is installed and 100 % functional since 13H35 (EST)
During the day of August 28th, work will be made in our iWEB-CL data center. The work consist in changing the current UPS which was a temporary 200 kVA UPS for a permanent 375 kVA UPS. During all the duration of the work, the data center will be powered by generators thus no cut of service is to be foreseen. Work will begin around 7am (EST) and will end early in the afternoon.

Please let our team know if you notice problems further to these works.

For iWeb, the environment is very important. Besides recycling any cardboard of computer products, iWeb use RoHS motherboards. What is the difference between RoHS motherboards and regular motherboards? It is very simple, RoHS motherboards contain no substances environmentally harmful such as lead, cadmium and mercury.

Sales Doubled and EBITDA increases by 183%

MONTREAL, QC, August 10 – iWeb Group Inc. (TSX-V : IWB) today announced the financial results of its third quarter ended June 30, 2006.

In this third quarter, iWeb Group recorded consolidated revenues of 1 538 969 $, an increase of 761 485 $ that doubles last year’s revenues of 777 484 $ for the same period.

Gross profit increased by 454 410 $ or 106 %, from 427 510$ in the third quarter of 2005 to 881 920$ in the third quarter of 2006. EBITDA went from 142 650 $ in the third quarter of 2005 to 403 825 $ in the third quarter of 2006, an increase of 183%. Net earnings grew by 96 565 $, from 45 371$ to 141 936 $ in the same 2006 quarter.

At March 31, 2006, Shareholders Equity was 1 118 692 $.
