Because of an upgrade of the current power capacity, a maintenance will be done on the Hydro Quebec network on a cable of the medium strain network. For this occasion, power supply will be provided by the generator during the afternoon. If it’s raining, maintenance will be moved to the following day, on june 3.

Work affecting our power sources has been mentionned in a previous article that you can read here, Please note that iWeb is currently upgrading its power capacity at the iWEB-HD datacenter. For this occasion, power supply will be ensured by the generator until approximately 12h00 (EST). We currently moving the current electrical panels in order to install the new panels for the transformer .

Please let our team know if you notice problems further to these works.

We are happy to let you know that the Phase I of our new datacenter (iWEB-CL) is almost completed and the new datacenter should be in production as planned starting June 1st. We have some new pictures for you in this post of the work in progress so far. (more…)

Revenues increase by 107% and EBITDA by 277%

MONTREAL, May 24, 2006 – iWeb Group Inc. today announced the financial results of its second quarter ended March 31, 2006.

In this second quarter, iWeb Group more than doubled its consolidated revenues to $ 1,378,125, an increase of $ 712,585 or 107% more than the same period last year when revenues were $ 665,540.

Gross profit increased by $ 432,814 or 127%, from $ 339,732 in the second quarter of 2005 to $ 772,546 in the second quarter of 2006. EBITDA went from $ 95,322 to $ 359,709, an increase of 277%. Net earnings grew by $ 163,767, from $ 25,381 to $ 189,057.

At March 31, 2006, Shareholders Equity was $ 972,255.
