MONTREAL, March 22nd 2006 – iWeb Group Inc. (TSX-V : IWB) announces that the Company authorized the grant of 570 000 options under the 2004 Stock Option Plan. These options will be issued for the benefit of employees and officers of the Company at an exercise price of 0.27$ per share. The trading price of the shares of the Company, on the TSX Venture market was of 0.27$ on March 22nd 2006.
