Welcome to the Customer Hub

Here it is …

For the last months, I have been personally telling a lot of customers that the new account management control panel would be online “soon”. After weeks of delays, our new Customer Hub is finally online and it looks great! I think a lot of customers will find, in the new Hub, functionalities they have been requesting and hoping to find at iWeb. We are still tweaking details, but you should be able to enjoy the Hub now!

What is a Hub?

A Hub is : A center of activity or interest; a focal point. That is what we want iWeb’s Customer Hub to be. The center of your activities at iWeb! Our Customer Hub includes your new account management control panel, iWeb’s new Bla Bla Blog and the forum.

My Account

Maybe you had a chance to try the “My Account” control panel in the past. It was a little tool in order to allow customers to manage some account features, but it was seriously lacking functionalities and it wasn’t user friendly at all. I am happy to say that the new version of “My Account” now offers most of the functionalities you are looking for in a good account management control panel. What can you do with the new “My Account” ?

* View/Modify Contact Informations
* Manage Account Contacts
* View and Manage All Active Products
* View Account Statement. Pay Invoices. Modify Payment Preferences.
* Cancel Products. Request SLA credits.
* Create support requests, view current support requests.
* Report Outages
* View MRTG Graphs and Bandwidth Usage.
* Access Remote Reboot Information for Dedicated Servers.
* And a LOT more….

iWeb Bla Bla Blog

We have always been communicating about different issues affecting the servers or the company. We really want to focus on communications with you, our customer and our new blog is intended to extend this communication. It is the web site to visit if you want to know everything that is going on at iWeb and we suggest you subscribe to our RSS feeds if you use a feedreader. We will post frequent technical notifications and articles about everything that could be of interest for iWeb customers.

Forums

If you want to join the iWeb Community then you will have to join our forums. We would like our forums to be a reference for everyone of our customers to help each other and for our staff to answer frequent questions.

The Future of the Hub

Try it now! And provide feedback about your experience with the Hub.

We will continue to add functionalities to our Customer Hub in the future and hope it will ease the management of the products and services you use at iWeb. Please provide your comments and suggestions, if you would like, post your comments in our forum !

  1. It would be nice if you have a search feature where we can search by IPs and it will pull up the server profile and display the hardware id, ips involved, os etc.

  2. Noted. We will add this to the future features.

  3. The new admin panel looks great. A lot easier to understand than the old one, especially for billing. Thanks, keep up the good work.

  4. I really like the new `hub` a lot. Extremely easy to use! And a ton of information I previously had to ask my server manager for (IP’s, remote reboot, etc). The billing page has improved the most though, previously it seems like it was kind of ‘thrown together’.

    I really like it, its real nice. Everything matches, and is integrated.

    Only thing is the live support is in the incorrect language (http://live.iweb.ca/phplive/message_box.php?theme=&l=iWeb-Atchoo&x=1&deptid=1) but thats no biggie to me personally.

  5. hochu vodki!
