Montreal, Québec, July 26, 2004 – Leonids Investments Inc. (« Leonides ») TSX Venture: LI.P) announced that its shareholders have approved the qualifying transaction with iWeb Technologies Group Inc. (« iWeb ») at the annual and special meeting held today.

Upon completion of all the formalities, Leonids will proceed with the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of iWeb in exchange for 17,721,692 Common Shares of Leonids.

Leonids also announced that all the other matters submitted to the shareholders were approved including the stock option plan and the change of name which will become iWeb Group Inc./Groupe iWeb inc.

The following persons were elected directors of Leonids at the meeting: Jean-Pierre Gibeault, Robert Brouillette, Yves Williams, Martin Leclair and Éric Chouinard. Messrs Leclair and Chouinard are the two shareholders of Gestion etink.com Inc., which will become Leonid?s majority shareholder once the qualifying transaction with iWeb is completed.
